These kitchen knives in purist design are comfortable to hold due to their light weight. The blade is made of rustproof X50CrMoV15 steel (0.5 % carbon, 15 % chrome, 1 % molybdenum and vanadium), mirror-polished, with a hardness of 56 HRC. Handle scales made of olive wood with a honey-coloured grain. The wood has excellent material properties and has been appreciated for centuries because of its warm colour.
Claude Dozorme
The company was founded in 1902 by Blaise Dozorme in Thiers, the knife capital of France. This family-run company combines traditional craftsmanship that has been passed down through the years with modern manufacturing technology. Thus, the range includes both traditional folding knives as well as new interpretations of regional knives. Even cutlery and flatware for the table are offered.
