Description
For keeping the correct angle when sharpening knives manually. Simply put it on the back of the blade - when sharpening, place the incorporated ceramic fence on the honing stone surface. In this way, the bevel angle is quickly determined and warping movements are avoided. Suitable for double-bevelled knives.
