How to proceed in the event of a complaint

Outstanding product quality and good service are important to us. Yet should an error occur, we will try to find a solution quickly and easily.

It is however essential, that you inform us of your issue in writing. Please send an e-mail to info@dictum.com and include your customer and order number. This gives our employees the opportunity to view your order and review the case.

The Dictum company pages on social networks such as Facebook or Instagram, or rating portals such as Trustpilot, etc., are not the right way to contact us in the event of a complaint. To help us solve your problem, please use our e-mail address as described above.

A respectful approach is, however, imperative. We will not accept unobjective criticism, insults, contentious or controversial statements, threats or blackmail. If this is deliberately ignored, we reserve the right, as a last resort, to take legal action and terminate the business relationship if necessary.

For our Facebook page we have drawn up our own set of netiquette rules (link). The same applies here: if these are ignored, we reserve the right to block the user.

We are firmly convinced that a respectful approach is the key to a good relationship between customer and company. Our numerable satisfied customers have been confirmation of this for decades!
