For more control and safety when working with hand-held routers
When machining complex contours, curves, circles, edges, template routing or for precise inlay work, an extension of the router base plate is often indispensable. The extra-long router base plate made of solid, 8 mm thick aluminium is extremely stable and torsion-resistant, despite its low weight. The large support surface and additional handle maximise control of the router, whether routing surfaces or edges. A matching 1-3/16 inch (30.2 mm) guide bushing and useful accessories are available separately in a set (No. 714639).

- Removable centre disc for routers with large diameters (Ø 80 mm).
- Pre-drilled screw holes for mounting routers (e.g. Festool OF 1400, OF 2200).
- For other router models, you can drill holes yourself.
- Screw holes on the outer contour of the base plate, for attaching auxiliary fences or for fastening to a tabletop (to build a temporary router table).
- Slots with scales for attaching adjustable, self-made fences, for outer radii and circle cutting.
- Two guide pins, e.g. for self-centred routing of slots.
- Centre disc to fit 1-3/16 inch (30.2 mm) guide bushings.
- Incl. additional handle, 2x guide pins, 2x fence bolts with threaded knobs, 2x Allen wrenches.
