The Tormek T-8 Black is a limited-edition, 50-year anniversary machine with an intense, all-black visual appearance that spices up any workshop. This machine is kitted to get tools extremely sharp with high efficiency and precision. The 600 grit DF-250 Diamond Wheel Fine sharpens any kind of steel and even ceramic with ease. The CW-220 Composite Honing Wheel with integrated polish quickly gets rid of the most stubborn burr. ACC-150 Anti Corrosion Concentrate keeps the diamond grinding wheel from rusting and coats your newly sharpened edges, keeping them in top trim even longer.

The Tormek T-8 Black is produced in a limit¬ed edition. It is equipped with a diamond grinding wheel and a composite honing wheel for maximum performance. The all-black appearance, contrasted with the glittering diamonds of the diamond grinding wheel, gives a real edge to any workshop, sharpening service or home.

Tormek sharpening system

Proven for many years and constantly perfected wet working sharpening machines are the basis of the ingenious Tormek sharpening system. A range of jigs, which can be mounted on the universal support, makes the sharpening of any cutting tool easier. Tormek enables exact cutting geometry and consistent results for chisels, turning tools, knives, shears or machine tools. Also suitable for workshops and instructional settings because of safe operation - no sparks are produced and it has an overload safety clutch.
The offered grinding wheels assure short sharpening times under all conditions in combination with the greatest possible tool protection. The offset front end can also be used for flat honing. The leather honing wheel removes burrs quickly and leaves a perfectly polished cutting edge. Robust construction with solid housing and lowerable water container.
