Description
DICTUM® Microscope tests for the development of our Ultra-Speed Grinding Discs
300x magnification of the chisel blade. Preparation: Back face ground on waterstones up to grit 6000.
Bevel ground with 1000/6000 grit bench stone (combination stone) by hand with a sharpening guide. In order to achieve similar results on the wet grinding machine, a finer grinding disc (grit 3000) must be used. (Fig. 1)
Bevel ground with DICTUM® Ultra-Speed Grinding Disc, 220 grit. The result: Finer grinding marks than with a conventional grinding disc with 220 grit. (Fig. 2)
