These elegant steak and table knives are available with either stabilised black charcoal or olive wood handle scales. The fixed blade is made of easy-care, rustproof Sandvik 12C27 steel and has a matt finish. Supplied in a high-quality oak gift and storage box with magnetic closure. Rustproof, hardness 56 HRC.
Charles Canon by Dutilleul Industries
Pascal Charles and Aurélien Canon, owners of Dutilleul Industries, wanted to commemorate the history of coal mining in northern France with the »Charles Canon« knife brand. The trapezoidal shape of the blade and handle represents the black mounds created by mining, also called slag heaps (in French »terril«). Mining ceased in 1990, and the resulting 300 »pyramids« have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2012.
