A big, traditional Chinese universal kitchen knife suitable for all kinds of cooking, as well as cutting hard-skinned vegetables such as pumpkin and aubergine. The blade is made of forged carbon steel and the handle of oiled masur birch, so that the knife sits nicely in the hand even when wet. Comes with a knife rack in birch, also with an oil coating. Made, ground and perfected by hand in Harmoinen, Finland. Every product is unique. The pattern and texture of natural materials may vary. Hardened to 60 HRC, not rustproof.
