Shaper Pro Care Support Package

For anyone who wants additional service and protection for their Origin. One feature of the Shaper Pro Care Support Package is the Hot Swap return policy. If a Pro Care user runs into an issue with their tool that the Support team is unable to resolve in the field, that user can exchange the tool for a replacement unit instead of waiting for their tool to be fixed and then returned to them. With Hot Swap, the Shaper fulfilment centre will ship a replacement tool immediately, limiting any potential downtime on your project. Shaper Pro Care also includes priority phone support available in English, French and German between 9 am and 5 pm Central European Time (Monday - Friday). Note: Shaper Pro Care offers you additional service and protection during the machine's two-year warranty period. This service ends after two years (from the date of purchase of the Origin), when the warranty period expires. An extension is not possible.
