Mobile circular bench saw with SawStop technology for workshop and on-site applications
This machine offers everything required for safe, mobile, and precise work. The Jobsite Saw Pro stands out not only with its unique SawStop AIM safety system – stopping the blade within 5 milliseconds upon skin contact – but also with its 625 x 797 mm table (extendable to 1102 mm), powerful 2000 W motor, foldable and wheeled stand with large rubber tyres, and numerous innovative, user-friendly adjustment features that set it apart.
This technologically advanced saw, which has already prevented thousands of cutting injuries thanks to its safety system, is equipped with two status lights (red and green) that display various settings and error codes. When using bypass mode, materials can be tested for conductivity, and the safety system can be deactivated when necessary – for example, when cutting aluminium or wet wood.
The 174 mm table extension, used in combination with the rip fence and millimetre scale, allows for rip cuts up to 645 mm. The 680 mm long rip fence features ErgoLock engagement: it moves easily and locks securely with a single press of the innovative, user-friendly ErgoLock lever. An additional flat fence rail with a height of 11 mm can be quickly and easily clipped onto the 61 mm high rip fence. To prevent workpieces from tipping when the table extension is fully extended, the rip fence includes a support ledge that can be deployed using a twist knob.
Innovative blade height and bevel adjustment (0° to 45°) using a single »Squeeze to Tilt« handwheel. Both settings can be operated quickly and easily with just one hand by turning and pressing the same control. With just one full turn of the handwheel, the blade can be fully raised or lowered. By squeezing the handwheel, the blade can be tilted. A separate, easy-to-use knob allows for precise angle micro-adjustment.
The saw can be mounted on a robust, wheeled stand with two large transport wheels and levelling feet (included; saw pre-assembled). When folded, the stand transforms into a trolley-like cart, making it easy to transport the machine – even over uneven terrain – or to load it into vehicles.
The transparent blade guard provides an optimal view of the blade and cutting line. It adjusts to the height of the workpiece, improving dust collection efficiency. Efficient dust extraction via a Ø 58/65 mm dust extraction port (a reducer to 36/39 mm is included).
The sturdy table, made of powder-coated aluminium, features a ⅜ x ¾ inch T-slot to the left and right of the saw blade, offering versatile use of the mitre gauge and other accessories.
A spacious toolbox, conveniently mounted directly beneath the table, provides easy access and storage for all included accessories such as the blade guard, riving knives, mitre gauge, and more. This ensures that all accessories are always to hand.

The Active Injury Mitigation (AIM) system by SawStop
This revolutionary safety technology was developed by SawStop to stop the circular saw blade the moment it comes into contact with skin.
The saw blade is supplied with a low-voltage signal. This voltage is continuously monitored on the opposite side of the blade. When a finger touches the blade, the voltage drops because the human body is conductive and grounded. Once a threshold value is undercut, the system triggers within just 25 microseconds. At that moment, a fuse wire melts, releasing a preloaded spring mechanism that propels an aluminium brake block into the spinning blade with high force. The brake stops the blade in approximately 5 milliseconds. Due to the sudden deceleration, the blade is simultaneously retracted below the table surface and pulled away from the point of contact – typically a finger.
Although minor skin injuries such as abrasions may occur, the system effectively reduces the risk of serious cuts.
After activation, the brake cartridge and saw blade must be replaced. However, the replacement process is user-friendly and can be completed within a few minutes.
