Complaints
How to proceed in the event of a complaint or issue
Outstanding product quality and reliable service are important to us. However, if something does go wrong, we aim to resolve the matter quickly and without unnecessary complications.
To help us do so, please contact us in writing. Send an email to info@dictum.com and include your customer number and order number. This gives our customer service team the opportunity to review your order and take appropriate action.
Please note that our company profiles on social media platforms such as Facebook or Instagram, as well as review sites like Trustpilot, are not suitable channels for submitting complaints or claims. To ensure we can deal with your concern promptly, please use our email address as stated above.
We do not tolerate offensive language, insults, polemical comments, threats, blackmail, or any unlawful behaviour. In such cases, we reserve the right to take legal action and, if necessary, to terminate the business relationship.
We have also established a dedicated set of netiquette rules for our Facebook page. Please note: If these rules are disregarded, we reserve the right to block the user concerned.
We firmly believe that mutual respect is the foundation of a strong relationship between customer and company – a view that has been confirmed by our many satisfied customers over the decades.
