Description
This revolutionary mitre gauge features two innovative, easy-to-use adjustment wheels, allowing angles up to 60° left or right to be set precisely to one-tenth of a degree. Integrated detents provide tactile feedback for extremely accurate angle settings – one »click« per detent. A second dial, the fine angle adjuster, allows you to select between four levels of precision: detents at every full degree, and at ½, ¼, ⅒ of a degree, or disengaged for free rotation. The most common mitre angles 0°, 22.5°, 30°, and 45° are clearly marked on the rotation scale of the angle adjustment dial and can be selected quickly and easily.
A high-quality 508 mm steel guide rail with anti-tipping protection and fine adjustment ensures smooth, play-free travel in the mitre slot of the table. Compatible with T-slots and U-slots with a cross-section of ⅜ x ¾ inch (9.52 x 19.05 mm).
A robust, extendable aluminium fence features a 3-joint flip stop with fine adjustment and a dual-scale in millimetres and inches. Maximum adjustable length: 495 mm with flip stop, 950 mm with extended fence. Fence height 64 mm.
The rotation mechanism is built from heavy-duty steel with manufacturing tolerances below 0.02 mm, ensuring exceptional precision.
The included replacement slot nuts allow custom jigs and fixtures to be mounted.
Includes mounting hardware, hex key, and instructions in German, English, French and Spanish.

The Active Injury Mitigation (AIM) system by SawStop
This revolutionary safety technology was developed by SawStop to stop the circular saw blade the moment it comes into contact with skin.
The saw blade is supplied with a low-voltage signal. This voltage is continuously monitored on the opposite side of the blade. When a finger touches the blade, the voltage drops because the human body is conductive and grounded. Once a threshold value is undercut, the system triggers within just 25 microseconds. At that moment, a fuse wire melts, releasing a preloaded spring mechanism that propels an aluminium brake block into the spinning blade with high force. The brake stops the blade in approximately 5 milliseconds. Due to the sudden deceleration, the blade is simultaneously retracted below the table surface and pulled away from the point of contact – typically a finger.
Although minor skin injuries such as abrasions may occur, the system effectively reduces the risk of serious cuts.
After activation, the brake cartridge and saw blade must be replaced. However, the replacement process is user-friendly and can be completed within a few minutes.
