Engineered for unbeatable precision on any circular bench saw
A robust 450 mm steel guide rail with anti-tipping protection and fine adjustment ensures smooth, play-free movement in the slot. Compatible with T-slots and U-slots with a cross-section of ⅜ x ¾ inch (9.52 x 19.05 mm).
A durable 465 mm aluminium fence, extendable to 800 mm (plus an additional 60 mm by shifting the flip stop), features T-slots along the fence profile for attaching custom-made jigs (two slot nuts included). The scale along the top edge of the fence, in both millimetres and inches, can be adjusted and calibrated. Fence height: 64 mm.
The fence features dual flip stops with fine adjustment for repeatable cut lengths. Each flip stop arm can be used and micro-adjusted independently.
Includes mounting hardware, replacement scale, T-slot nuts, hex key, and instructions in German, English, French and Spanish.
The saw blade is supplied with a low electrical current. This voltage is continuously monitored on the opposite side of the blade. If the blade comes into contact with skin, the electrical signal changes because the human body is conductive. Once a threshold value is undercut, the system triggers within just 25 microseconds. At that moment, a fuse wire melts, releasing a preloaded spring mechanism that propels an aluminium brake block into the spinning blade with high force. The brake stops the blade in approximately 5 milliseconds. Due to the sudden deceleration, the blade is simultaneously retracted below the table surface and pulled away from the point of contact – typically a finger.
Although minor skin injuries such as abrasions may occur, the system effectively reduces the risk of serious cuts.
After activation, the brake cartridge and saw blade must be replaced. However, the replacement process is user-friendly and can be completed within a few minutes.
