This sharpening aid keeps your carving knives sharp during use, ensuring precise and clean cutting edges. Coated with fine abrasive particles, the sharpening cloth adapts flexibly to any cutting edge geometry and is easy to handle - without the need for additional abrasives or sharpening pastes. The wooden base with different edge profiles ensures consistent guidance of the cutting edge on the outside and inside of gouges and V-parting tools:

Half-round (R 3 mm) for gouges over 6 mm in width
45° and 60° for V-parting tools and gouges from 1.5 to 3 mm in width
90° for V-parting tools

Wooden base made of beech (100 x 60 x 6 mm). Waxed cotton sharpening cloth (130 x 100 mm), reusable (not washable), with abrasive coating, grit approx. 8000-10 000.
