Passend für MAFELL Akku-Maschinen. Kompatibel mit dem Cordless Allicance System (CAS), einem herstellübergreifenden Akku-System in der 18-Volt-Klasse. Maschinen, Akkupacks und Ladegeräte unterschiedlichster Hersteller können problemlos miteinander kombiniert werden.

Die Tabless-Akku-Technologie LiHDX

Bisher war bei Standardzellen die Anode und Kathode im Inneren über einzelne Anschlussbänder (auch Tabs genannt) mit den äußeren Plus- und Minuspolen einer Akkuzelle verbunden. Diese Anschlussbänder erweisen sich jedoch als »Flaschenhals« der bei hohem Energiebedarf einen großen Innenwiderstand der Akkuzelle erzeugt. Um eine Überhitzung des Akkus zu vermeiden reduziert das System die Abgabeleistung nach unten oder schaltet den Akku ganz ab.

Tabless-Technologie für ultimative PowerIn den 18 Volt Akkupacks wurde der innere Aufbau der Tabless-Zellen so angepasst, dass Anode und Kathode vollständig mit Plus- und Minuspol verbunden sind. Die Anschlußbänder als »Flaschenhälse« entfallen und der innere Widerstand der Zellen wird deutlich reduziert. Das bedeutet mehr Leistung, deutlich längere Laufzeiten und kürzere Ladezeiten.
