Sharpening knives with convex bevels, as is often the case with outdoor or bushcraft knives, is usually only possible by hand. The additional belt guide roller of the BS 50/55 Belt Grinding Device (No. 711284) guides the belt in a suspended position. In combination with a flexible abrasive belt, radii and curves, whether on blades, knife handles or other objects, can be ground quickly and easily.
