Beautifully crafted chisels in a classic Western design. The blade, forged from fine-grained White Paper Steel (ZW-C1 Mono Steel), is characterised by an extremely sharp and durable edge and high impact resistance - ideal for precise woodworking and exact joints. The seamless transition between blade and handle, along with the finger groove, ensures a secure grip. The characteristic steel blueing protects the blade from corrosion. Ready for use with the back honed exactly to 0.02 mm. Hardness approx. 64 HRC.

Zen-Wu® White Paper Steel (ZW-C1 mono steel)
ZW-C1 is a pure carbon steel without alloying additives. Its high impact toughness is achieved through the uniform distribution of carbon atoms. The steel undergoes a controlled heat treatment in numerous steps, including two stages of cryogenic treatment.
