Its flexible blade makes it ideal for lifting away bones, tendons and rind, as well as for filleting fish. Made of rustproof 141116N steel, the blade offers reliable corrosion resistance. The ergonomically shaped Thermoflex handle provides a comfortable, non-slip grip and remains secure even in wet or greasy conditions, allowing controlled, fatigue-free cutting during extended use.
