HAGER Drilling Device AG28

This allows workpieces clamped in a cantilever manner up to a depth of about 280 mm to be safely and easily drilled. The internal machining can be done directly or carried out after scanning a template. The wood is processed via a duct design with a clamped carbide insert. The falling shavings can be extracted directly through the duct design. A guide hole of min. 40 mm diameter is pre-drilled in the workpiece. The scanner makes it possible to produce inner contours according to a template. The adjustable depth stop ensures accuracy. The left guide unit is connected to the existing tool rest base. Both guide units are infinitely adjustable via a hand wheel. Fits all Hager devices (please specify centre height). If you want us to adapt the support clamp to a machine from another manufacturer (at an extra charge and upon request), please let us know the machine type and the pin diameter of the tool rest base.
