HAGER Longitudinal Duplicator HL100-F
This duplicator can be mounted on every lathe
Fits HAGER standard centre heights 200, 225, 250 mm.
The turret can be changed in seconds for pointed or bell-shaped cutter. For a true-to-scale duplicate of the template, the unit has a multi-switch with round and pointed scanning. The template holder can be precisely adjusted. In addition, the rear support arm can moved in a longitudinal slot. When installing the unit, the support arms must be placed and tightened only via the self-retaining clamps. For long, thin parts, a steady should hold the workpiece in place.
Scanning of templates and originals (only with original scanner device No. 706498) is performed by an adjustable spring-loaded scanner. The solid tool holder runs on hardened recirculating ball bearing guides. This allows deep, steep punctures to also be smoothly processed. A reduction gear on gear racks is responsible for the drive. Scanning is performed from templates. Hager original scanner device No. 706498 for HL 100-F is required to scan original parts.
