Der Spindelschleifer eignet sich hervorragend zum Schleifen von geschwungenen Kanten und (Kreis-) Ausschnitten. Der plangeschliffene Maschinentisch aus massivem Grauguss lässt sich stufenlos bis 45° schrägstellen, z. B. zum Anfasen von Werkstückkanten. Eine Einhausung unterhalb des Arbeitsbereiches sammelt den Staub und sorgt bei angeschlossener Absaugung für effiziente Absaugleistung. Die Oszillation mit 24 mm Hub vermeidet ein frühzeitiges Zusetzen und Überhitzen der Schleifhülse und verhindert Schleifspuren am Werkstück. Der 370 Watt Motor ermöglicht das Arbeiten mit Schleifhülsen mit 140 mm Länge (maximale Schleifhöhe 100 mm).

Der Schleifspindel-Ø entspricht dem Innendurchmesser der Schleifhülsen. Der exakte Außendurchmesser der Schleifhülsen wird wie folgt ermittelt.

- Körnung 80: Schleifspindel-Ø + 2,6 mm*
- Körnung 100: Schleifspindel-Ø + 2,6 mm*
- Körnung 120: Schleifspindel-Ø + 2,4 mm*
