Leichte Gebrauchsspuren, leichte Kratzer am Maschinentisch. Baujahr 2018. Sägeblatt aus Kohlenstoffstahl 6,3 mm, Zahnteilung 1,05 mm.
Die komplette Maschine inkl. Türen ist aus Stahlblech gefertigt. Ein zusätzlicher Stahlrahmen verstärkt die Konstruktion, die bei der kleinen Maschine eine höhere Blattspannung zulässt, Vibrationen verringert und bessere Schnittergebnisse erzielt.
Führungs-Pins aus Messing gewährleisten die seitliche Blattführung, Rückenrollen unterstützen den Blattrücken.
Der massive Gusseisentisch lässt sich bis 45° neigen und enthält eine T-Nut zur Führung des Winkelanschlages (-60° bis +60°).
Schnitthöhe, Laufrollenneigung und Bandspannung sind schnell und einfach einstellbar.
Die Laufrollen aus Aluminiumguss sind mit Gummibandagen ummantelt und gewährleisten einen ruhigen Lauf.
Die Türen beinhalten Sicherheitsschalter, um ein Anlaufen der Maschine bei geöffneter Tür zu vermeiden. Der Ein-/Ausschalter mit Unterspannungsauslöser verhindert unbeabsichtigte Inbetriebnahme.
