Description

These all-purpose blades are exactly right for becoming acquainted with traditional Japanese knives: The sharp cutting edge made of carbon steel is flanked by two layers of stainless steel, which makes it easier to care for. The oval-shaped chestnut wood handle is completed with a black ferrule. These knives are available with or without wooden sheath. Hardness 60 HRC, cutting edge not rustproof, double-bevelled.
