Description
For straight and curved cuts
Medium size bandsaw with 300 mm cutting height and 310 mm cutting width (345 mm without rip fence). The robust machine is made entirely of sheet steel. Balanced, heavy cast iron wheels with elastic bandages and a 1700 watt motor provide high tractive power. The 595 x 440 mm machine table can be tilted 10° to the left and 45° to the right and has two T-slots for guiding an angular stop (adjustable from -90° to +90°) to the left or right of the saw band. The 155 mm high rip fence made of profiled aluminium ensures ideal workpiece guidance, e.g. when ripping boards, and can be reduced to a height of 12 mm by folding it down, e.g. for sawing narrow strips.

- The upper and lower bearing of the saw band guide can be individually adjusted without any tools.
- Robust rack and pinion gear for adjusting the upper saw band guide with four-sided blade protection.
- Lever for saw band release attached to the rear. When the machine is not in use, tension is released from the saw band, thus extending its service life.
- Hand crank ensures convenient tensioning of the belt, e.g. when changing the cutting speed.
- Safety switch prevents the machine from being turned on with the doors open.
- On/off switch with undervoltage release.
- An extraction connector (Ø 63 mm) below the lower saw band guide extracts chips exactly where they are produced. Another connection (Ø 96 mm) extracts dust from the inside of the machine.
- High-quality handwheels and operating elements made of solid cast aluminium.
- Socket installed on the rear (230 V) for e.g. lighting or line lasers.
