Yoshida Hocho, Petty-Kobouchou (Small All-purpose Knife)

Description

The simplicity of the design combined with its impressive performance makes the Yoshida Hocho an ideal entry knife into traditional Japanese cutting art. Forged from SUJ-2 steel, comparable to White Paper Steel, the blade with black forged skin offers high hardness that withstands even the most demanding requirements and is easy to resharpen. The magnolia wood handle with a plastic ferrule not only gives the knife a traditional aesthetic, but also ensures a secure and comfortable grip. Hardened to 63-64 HRC, not rustproof.
