DICTUM Support Arm for Sharpening Guides
The support arm with 12 mm diameter fits all common sharpening guides with 12 mm holder. It is the connection between the machine and sharpening guide. When sharpening without a support, it serves as a hand rest. A knurled nut allows fine adjustment. Depending on the application, the support can be attached vertically or horizontally to, for example, water-cooled grinders, allowing you to sharpen against or with the bevel. The support arm is assembled from individual stainless steel pieces, resulting in precise 90-degree angles and straight guide rods. (Note: welding or bending the pieces would cause them to warp - material distortion during welding and springback during forming/bending).Support spacing 90 mm, guide length 270 mm, total length 385 mm.
