Description
The handle is a harmonious combination of masur birch and a reindeer horn edging. The blade with black forged skin and slightly hammered surface structure is made of non-rustproof carbon steel 80CrV2. Carbon steel achieves the highest sharpness and is easy to resharpen; the blade must be oiled regularly. Delivery includes a leather sheath. Hardness 58 HRC.
