Description
Tierowa Intensive Leather Care is a high-quality wax-grease mixture specially developed to satisfy the highest demands on mountain, sports and work shoes. TIEROWA has been used for many years on extreme expeditions to the Alps, Africa, Alaska, South America, the Himalayas or the North Pole. It is ideal for protecting the double seams from wear and tear and sealing them against moisture penetration. It makes leather highly water-repellent, is quickly absorbed and has a very good long-term effect. The leather of your shoes remains soft, flexible and breathable. Thanks to the caring effect, the leather is ideally protected against water, cold and heat.
Shoe care instructions:
First remove dust and dirt from the shoe with a cleaning brush. In case of coarse soiling, we recommend thorough cleaning with lukewarm soapy water or a shoe cleaner. Dry the shoes at room temperature with shoe trees or newspaper inserted. Avoid placing the shoes near a heat source, otherwise the leather can become brittle and bonding can loosen. Then apply a thin layer of Tierowa Intensive Leather Care to the cleaned shoes with an applicator brush, jar brush or shoe polishing cloth and massage the care product in lightly. The resulting warmth causes the product to penetrate deep into the leather, making it supple and waterproofing it sustainably. When warm to the touch, Tierowa Intensive Leather Care is easier to apply. Then smooth the surface with a polishing cloth and leave to soak in for about 1 hour. For shoes made of nubuck leather, brush the leather with a suede leather brush at the end.
Please note that the appearance of the abraded leather changes to a waxed / greased surface appearance! The leather becomes darker, loses its original velvety shine and gets a darker, lush surface. An effect that gives the shoe its very own character.
Before large-scale application, it is always advisable to test the product on a small, inconspicuous area.
