Suehiro® Debado S Sharpening Stone, Grit 1000

Description

The Debado stone series is considered the premium line of Suehiro. It has been specially adapted to the requirements of professional Japanese cooks, who sharpen their knives daily to ensure maximum precision during cutting.
  • The stones absorb hardly any water and are therefore immediately ready for use
  • Extra large surface for wide bevels (Deba knives) and long blades (Sashimi knives)
  • Suitable for low alloy carbon steels and high alloy tool steels

The name Debado is composed of the Japanese words »Deba« (knife) and »Do« (sharpening stone). Due to their hard bond, the stones stay flat for a long time. Supplied with base for stability and easy storage. The supplied Nagura stone is used for cleaning and unclogging the surface of the sharpening stones and for creating a fine polishing paste.
