Nowi Home not only offers a free choice of abrasives, ensures angle stability over the entire length of the blade and an individually adjustable cutting angle, it also features an impact-resistant, airtight transport and storage case with high-quality foam insert to store the components in an orderly manner.

Nowi Pro provides the appropriate sharpening angle of 5-45° for each knife, enabling individual and reproducible resharpening.

One big advantage in comparison with other sharpening systems is the free choice of abrasives, which offers the possibility to use proven and familiar sharpening stones with the Nowi.

A fine adjustment included in the range enables constant contact pressure with increasing grit size, which is vital for sharpness.

No need to reclamp with the included knife clamp, simply turn your knife around to save valuable sharpening time.
