Special insert designed for use with dado blade sets.
The uncut surface of the table insert allows precise customisation between insert and saw blade depending on the blade type and kerf width. Lower the blade, insert and lock the zero-clearance insert, then slowly raise the running blade. As the blade cuts through the insert, a perfectly matched kerf is created between blade and insert. This provides optimal support for the workpiece and reduces the risk of tear-out.
