Description
Traditionally, a divider is the ideal marking tool for a variety of tasks, including transferring measurements, dividing distances, and creating geometric shapes. The purist design, easy handling and outstanding quality of this divider impressed us. The torque hinge with integrated Teflon disc ensures a constant torque over the entire range of movement of the legs, even when the settings are changed frequently. The three-part hinge design reliably prevents the adjustment screw from loosening. The torque can be precisely adjusted with a slotted screwdriver. The divider is made of hardened tool steel (4140 PH) using the latest CNC technology. With a hardness of 28 - 32 HRC, the divider tips are wear-resistant andbreakproof, and can be reworked with a file. For precise drawing of circles and arcs, the optionally available attachment with pencil holder can be screwed on instead of the divider tip.
