This pair of elegant Nigiri scissors is hand-forged from one single piece of double-layered steel. The epoxy-resin coating is applied following a special procedure and then fused, until it becomes hard. This makes the scissors a timeless design tool for everyday use. Cutting layer made of Blue Paper Steel. Hardness 60 HRC, not rustproof. Comes with a kiri wood case.
