Course details
You will cover accurate cutting with a circular saw and guide rail, precise dowel joinery, shaping with a jigsaw, template routing with a router, correct sanding techniques using orbital and random-orbit sanders, and clean, accurate glue-ups. These core techniques will give you the confidence to design and build your own furniture projects.
Each participant completes one stool.
Instructor
While studying ethnology, the qualified cabinetmaker already worked as a set builder at the Munich TV studios. He was working as a freelance art carpenter in the Munich Gewerkehalle. For several years, he has worked as a consultant for DICTUM in courses dealing with Japanese wood joints.
