DICTUM® Mobile Base 400

Description

The machine platform is made from heavy-duty sheet steel and allows otherwise stationary workshop machines weighing up to 400 kg to be made mobile. Adjustable in both length and width in 25 mm increments, the steel frame can be set square from 300–720 mm or rectangular up to a maximum of 300 × 1150 mm or 480 × 950 mm. This creates a sufficiently large footprint for machines such as thickness planers, bandsaws or small table saws.

The adjustable frame is reinforced by corner brackets, two fixed castors and two 360° swivelling castors. The castors are made of hard-wearing, floor-friendly polyurethane, helping to prevent scratches and unwanted movement on workshop floors. To move the platform, the two foot pedals are pressed down, lifting the rear levelling feet and engaging the swivelling castors. Raising the foot pedals lowers the platform again. The four levelling feet allow the stand and mounted machine to be precisely levelled.

Additional mounting holes at the corners allow workbenches or machine bases to be fixed directly in place.

Powder-coated corner brackets, galvanised C-channel. Load capacity 400 kg.
