Description
High gloss, hard wearing, fingerprint- and splash-resistant
CERUS is a mixture based on natural waxes, vegetable and essential oils, as well as selected resins and solvents. It emphasises the structure of the wood, and the colour and grain are shown to their best advantage. The treated surface is high-gloss, hard-wearing, fingerprint and splash-resistant. After curing, the surface is food- and toy-safe.
Application:
Sand the wood surface to grit 400 or better 600. With woodturning, the paste should be applied sparingly with the bench stationary. After 5-10 minutes the surface can be polished. A second or third coat can be applied if necessary, allow 20 minutes drying time between coats. After application, polish with a cotton cloth while the machine is running until the desired high gloss is achieved.
