Description
For straight and curved cuts
Compact bandsaw for curved contours, straight cuts, for cutting to length, separating and parallel cutting.
The machine including the two doors is completely made of sheet steel. An additional steel frame reinforces the construction, increases torsional stiffness and reduces vibrations. This allows higher blade tensions than with comparable machines of this size and better cutting results are achieved.
The upper and lower belt guides can be individually and precisely adjusted by lateral guide rollers and back rollers. Quick adjustments for cutting height, roller inclination and belt tension facilitate quick and precise adjustment.
The solid cast iron table can be tilted from -5° to +45° and contains a 19 mm T-slot for guiding the mitre gauge (-60° to +60°). An optionally available table widening and extension can be mounted on it.
The balanced cast aluminium rollers are covered with rubber bindings and ensure smooth running.
The parallel fence made of aluminium profile has an integrated magnifying glass for better reading of the mm/inch scale.
The doors contain safety switches to prevent the machine from starting when the door is open. The on/off switch with undervoltage release prevents unintentional operation.
Two belt speeds and a cleaning brush on the lower roller ensure smooth running and optimum results. Two suction connections, at the lower saw band guide and at the bottom of the housing, suck off chips immediately.
