The Fudo Migoto knife series stands for Asian quality and precision. Its handle material made of hard-wearing G10 is not only completely hygienic, but also extremely robust. Blades made of 67 layers of stainless steel with a cutting layer of VG-10. Hardened to 60 HRC, bevelled on both sides.
