Description
Back saw with fine rip teeth that cut on the push stroke, especially for dovetail joints and small mortise and tenon joints. The extra-thin saw blade allows efficient and clean cuts. The minimum set makes it easier to saw a straight line. 14° rake angle.
These saws, which are made in Canada, have a saw blade with high carbon content. The solid back, moulded from a high-tech material incorporating stainless steel powder, fibre glass and a polymer resin binder, ensures good balance and controlled cutting. To provide more stability, the back extends over the handle. The varnished precious wood handle is secured with a stainless steel bolt and brass screw.
