The robust EN8 steel construction offers durability and strength – the foundation for a heavy-duty router bit. A Xylan coating reduces friction, minimises resin build-up, and improves chip ejection, which in turn lowers heat generation. The result is a safer working environment and increased wear-resistance, significantly extending the router bit’s service life.

A special feature is the integrated Stop Insertion Ring, which eliminates the need to search for K marks. It always ensures the correct and safe insertion depth of the router bit, saving valuable time during setup. In addition, this ring serves as a rubber seal for the collet, effectively preventing wood dust from entering the collet slots.
The extended shank offers additional cutting depth. The premium, finely ground micro-carbide cutting edge delivers excellent plunge performance. All cutting edges are made from micrograin carbide, which greatly improves the tool’s cutting quality and lifespan.
