Whether wafer-thin or thick, cut the slices according to your taste – without tedious adjustment. The high-quality knife blades are specially made for this purpose by the traditional Swiss company Victorinox.
These wood products are developed and manufactured exclusively in Swiss workshops for people with disabilities. There they are made meticulously by hand and with great pride. Each product is unique with an astounding grain pattern, beautifully ingrown knots and the finest colour changes.
