Description
For milling and drilling up to four PEANUT mushroom-shaped connectors. Additional jig inserts (available as accessories, No. 714498) allow further connectors to be milled in the same work step. Maximum width between connectors 540 mm. Precision-milled and made of hard-wearing HPL. The fence can be mounted at 90° and 45° (for mitres). Incl. accessories and high-quality storage bag.
Note: the jig can also be used for dowel connections (drill guide bushes also available in 8 and 10 mm) and for milling DOMINO dowels (sizes 5/6/8/10 mm).

The universal PEANUT® 2 joining system.
PEANUT® 2 connectors are inserted quickly and precisely into solid wood or board material using jigs (No. 714488, 714489) and a standard router. The undercut of the mushroom-shaped head ensures a form- and force-fit anchorage in grooves milled with special cutters (No. 714490, 714491, 714492). The result: redetachable joints, e.g. for panelling, or firmly glued carcase corners (butt or mitred) can be realised entirely without clamps or glueing aids. After assembly, the connectors are completely invisible and thus ideal for high-quality furniture and interior fittings. Made of high-strength, glass fibre reinforced nylon.
