Minimum material thickness 15.3 mm for 90° joints, 18 mm for 45° joints. Each mushroom-shaped connector must be secured with a wood screw with a 3.5 mm thread diameter (not included). The screw length is selected according to the material thickness.

PEANUT® 2 connectors are inserted quickly and precisely into solid wood or board material using jigs (No. 714488, 714489) and a standard router. The undercut of the mushroom-shaped head ensures a form- and force-fit anchorage in grooves milled with special cutters (No. 714490, 714491, 714492). The result: redetachable joints, e.g. for panelling, or firmly glued carcase corners (butt or mitred) can be realised entirely without clamps or glueing aids. After assembly, the connectors are completely invisible and thus ideal for high-quality furniture and interior fittings. Made of high-strength, glass fibre reinforced nylon.
