The silent and particularly spacious »Ortler« hunting backpack is in a class of its own. The outer material is the best mountain loden by the Mehler cloth weaving mill, which has a water-repellent finish. The backpack inspires with its extraordinary material opulence and high-quality craftsmanship. The elegant material combination of loden and purely vegetable-tanned cowhide makes the spacious »Ortler« hunting backpack not only a highly functional companion, but also an absolute head-turner and a backpack for generations.
It was developed by hunters for hunters with a focus on materials that are extremely quiet and do not produce disturbing noises, neither when stalking nor when hunting. All compartments are fitted with leather fasteners that open and close silently. The large main compartment and the additional outer patch pocket offer enough space to store all the important hunting accessories in an organised and easy to find manner. The main compartment can be closed by a hemp drawstring with horn button. The separate closure of the top makes it easy to lash a hide cushion or cape to the top. A side zip provides quick access to the backpack's contents. The silent hunting backpack has a removable game bag insert made of water-repellent Cordura fabric, which allows easy transport of your prey and protects the rucksack from sweat and dirt. An elaborately quilted padding on the back ensures high wearing comfort for longer distances. Leather patches on the top and sides allow additional equipment to be attached to the backpack using leather straps. It is closed with brass buckles on the leather straps and additional Loxx buttons at the top of the flap for quick opening. The buckles are secured by a leather guard to prevent noise or scratches on the gun stock. The adjustable, ergonomically shaped shoulder straps and the adjustable leather chest strap ensure an optimal fit and fatigue-free carrying. The backpack’s slim, tall shape provides excellent balance and increased stability on the back. Thanks to its slim shape, the »Ortler« hunting rucksack also masters narrow raised hide doors as well as dense branches and undergrowth without any problems.
