Description
The simple, ergonomic shape and its noticeable weight make the rocking knife a cutting tool that is a pleasure to hold. It is individually cast in sand through hand moulding. The specially composed alloy (high-purity copper, tin, and 1 % silver) is characterized by its fine grain and hardness. It remains taste-neutral even when chopping sharp spices or herbs.
