Leica Calonox 2 View LRF Thermal Imaging Camera

Description

Thermal imaging and range finder technology in one

The first thermal imaging camera with integrated LRF is indispensable for safe and huntsman-like hunting! The Leica Calonox 2 View LRF stands out for its ergonomically compact design, larger internal memory, low weight, simple operation and a permanently integrated and precise laser range finder (LRF). Leica’s own image processing (Leica Image Optimization – LIO) improves the image with special algorithms, thus achieving particularly detailed colour gradations, excellent contrast, and high-detail resolution. The outstanding recognition range of the Leica Calonox 2 View LRF thermal imager is based on a high-end vanadium oxide sensor with a 12-micron 640 x 480 resolution and an HD display. The Leica 2 Calonox View LRF has 32 GB of internal memory for recording video and still images. Using the Calonox View App, the stored images can be transferred to a smartphone or to a computer using a cable. You can also Live View the video feed from Calonox on a smartphone. See more and catch more details: With a field of view of 18 and 13.5 m at 100 m, the Leica Calonox 2 View LRF thermal camera can detect targets up to a distance of 2210 m, recognise targets up to 770 m and identify them beyond doubt up to 390 m. The range of the rangefinder is up to 1200 m. Perfect for observing at close range, the 2.5x base magnification combined with the 42 mm lens provides a large field of view and a great overview. With up to 10x digital zoom no details remain hidden, even at greater distances. The four colour modes – White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot and Rainbow – provide realistic display variations and greater high-contrast detail recognition. The powerful OLED display with 1280 x 960 pixels enables comfortable observation and reliable identification when deer stalking or when shooting from a raised hide. The integrated battery provides between five and six hours of power and is particularly well protected against cold and moisture.
