The Double Mackinaw Wool Cap is made of natural, water-repellent, double-layered Mackinaw wool and features a 3-inch brim that shields the face without impairing vision. Mackinaw wool is known for its excellent elasticity, natural insulating properties, enhanced breathability, and superior water resistance. This wool comes from a small herd of hardy sheep in the Pacific Northwest of the United States and Canada.
The insulated crown of the cap is lined with nylon, providing extra comfort and warmth. A standout feature of the cap is the large ear flaps, lined with soft sheepskin. These flaps can be tied over the head or under the chin as needed, offering optimal protection from cold and wind.
