He grew up in the Upper Palatinate and after training as a boilermaker, he went on a traditional travelling journey that took him through numerous European countries, even as far as New Zealand. Whilst travelling, he became acquainted with the fascination of forging on an open fire with an anvil, which never left him and he would like to pass on this enthusiasm and these techniques to you in his courses. In 2000, he set up his own business as a steel sculptor in his forge and studio, where he produces customised and unique pieces of all kinds.
Course locations
A mere 10 minutes drive from our company headquarters in Plattling, it is situated idyllically between the river Danube and the Natural Reserve Bavarian Forest and offers ideal conditions for undisturbed creative work.
The former stable of the Monastery Niederalteich is optimally equipped with
