Description
This newly developed saw set pliers by Veritas combine outstanding functionality with a simple design. The two-stage spring mechanism allows effortless setting of the teeth on resharpenable woodworking saws. Lever and handle are dimensioned to ensure a comfortable grip while minimising hand fatigue. A wide sight window for better visibility, plunger and anvil made of hardened steel, and solid brass knobs make this tool a true classic. Suitable for coarse rip saws as well as fine handsaws with tooth spacing up to 28 TPI (teeth per inch). The saw-set pliers are not suitable for circular saw blades.
