Scope of delivery for Mafell power tools
The cordless machines are available with batteries and charger already fitted or without batteries and charger as a Pure version. In the latter case, existing batteries, including those from other manufacturers*, can be used.
*The prerequisite is that the manufacturers are partners of the 18V Cordless Alliance System (CAS)!
Many machines are also available in the midimax version with basic equipment or as a maximax version with extended accessories in order to meet customer requirements even more individually.
The machines are well and safely stowed away and quickly ready for mobile work in the robust t-max, an expandable transport case. Larger machines or those with cross-cut rails are stowed in the metal TK transport case. Exceptions, such as the MAFELL MS 55 portable circular saw, are supplied in cardboard packaging.
MAFELL saws
As the inventor of the electric chainsaw, sawing is still the company's core competence today. A wide range of circular saws from 40 mm to 185 mm cutting depth, with guide rail e.g. F 160 or crosscut rail system KSS, many models also with battery drive, are available. Mobile table saws such as the ERIKA, the world's first underfloor pull saw launched by MAFELL, are still real problem solvers today, especially for assembly work. The MT 55 cc (corded) or MT 55 18M bl (18V cordless) plunge-cut saw with its unique functions stands for maximum precision for the finest work. And if the dimensions to be cut are larger, the MKS 130 Ec to MKS 185 Ec circular carpentry saws with enormous cutting depths of 185 mm are also available. The P1 and PS2 precision jigsaws are used when cut-outs in curved shapes are required.
MAFELL milling machines
As a specialist for processing large wood cross-sections, MAFELL not only offers tenoning, jointing and moulding machines for timber construction or joinery work. The LO 55 and LO 65 EC routers and the FM router motor can also be used for the finest and most precise work. The range also includes special routers such as the KF edge router for flush routing glued joints or the PF face router for flush routing wooden plugs and knot patches.
MAFELL sanders
Coarse, fine or intermediate lacquer sanding on flat or curved surfaces - possible with MAFELL orbital or random orbital sanders. They offer a low vibration emission value and can therefore be used over long periods of time. The EVA 150 E random orbital sander also offers a 20 % higher speed than conventional random orbital sanders and therefore achieves the desired result faster.
MAFELL screwdrivers and dowel cutters
Drilling holes in wooden components, creating round dowel connections, e.g. in carcase construction, drilling rows of holes for shelf supports, screwing down fittings, countersinking screw heads, fastening wall anchors and much more - MAFELL offers high-quality machines planned down to the smallest detail, which not only enable efficient but also safe working. The cordless drill drivers with 12 and 18 volts, the ASB cordless impact drill driver and the DDF 40 and DD40 P DuoDowellers offer many extras and special accessories.
MAFELL planer
A one-handed planer for professionals! The MHU 82 is a sight to behold. 82 mm planing width and a chip removal of up to 3 mm for clean and smooth workpieces. Also suitable for rebating work.
MAFELL vacuum cleaner
Wet and dry vacuum cleaners for extracting work waste, fine dust, dust, shavings and even liquids. The manufacturer offers several models that differ in terms of container volume and dust class.
Dust class L
For simple and slightly hazardous dusts such as house dust, sand, earth, lime, plaster. The filters have a maximum permeability of 1 mg/m³. Can also be used for wood dust in the private sector.
Dust class M
For harmful wood dust, as well as dust from filler, filler and paint, cement, concrete and paints. The filters have a maximum permeability of < 0.1mg/m³. Low-dust disposal is guaranteed.
In addition to the typical power tools and small machines that can often be found in the workshops of private users, the manufacturer also produces specialised machines that can only be found in a commercial environment. The HIT-M zero joint beveller, the ZAF 250 Vario tenoning machine or the DSS 300 cc insulation wire saw are very special machines that are only available from one manufacturer. Mafell!
